Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Asawin Grand Convention Hotel in Bangkok City, Thailand. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and training. They will ensure compliance with labor laws, develop HR policies, and support the overall organizational goals.
Qualifications

• Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Relations skills
• Training and Development expertise
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR policies
• Conflict resolution and Problem-solving abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
