Job Description

• Provides IT and Technical support for Maintenance, and maintains the IT equipment, hardware, software, electronic, mechanical equipment in good condition at all times
• Continually works towards and supports the improvement of IT and Technical support service and troubleshoots for guests, other departments and fellow staff
• Able to lead, guide and train other IT support officers
• Prepared to work extra time as requested by management from time to time
• Improves efficiency of all IT and Technical equipment usage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related fields
• Experience in IT Technician role (Fresh graduate also welcome to apply)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Products, Windows/Mac OS/Linux
• Good knowledge of Active Directory controller (AD)
• Good knowledge of Network LAN, Wi-Fi and Cloud Computing
• Understands guest inquiries, provides responses and interacts positively
• Highly self-motivated to achieve the responsible assignment
• Ability to quickly work with new technologies
• Pleasant personality with service-minded, energetic, enthusiastic, and a good team player
