We are seeking a skilled Java Script Developer with experience in Postgre SQL and a solid understanding of business processes (admin, accounting, marketing, recruitment, etc.). The role involves developing and maintaining applications that support various business functions, ensuring technical solutions align with organizational goals and improve efficiency across departments.We Provide an fun and engaging and fast paced environment for you to grow your skills in, and develop into a serious full stack developer if you're not already one.
Key Responsibilities:

• Application Development:
• Develop web applications using Java Script or Python and SQL.
• Be a one man army to create business-driven software solutions using Retool.
• Database Management:
• Design and optimize Postgre SQL databases, write complex queries, and ensure performance and security.
• Business Process Understanding:
• Understand business requirements and convert into Flows and UI solutions to streamline operations across departments.
• Integration & Automation:
• Integrate third-party services(Stripe, Line, Quickbooks, Slack ect) via API and automate repetitive business tasks.
• Testing, Debugging, & Deployment:
• Test, debug, and deploy applications while ensuring stability and performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Proven experience in Java Script development (Node.js, React) and Postgre SQL.
• Business Acumen: Understanding of various business functions and the ability to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
