1. Understand and study telecommunication and customer engagement products and projects
2. Conduct data analysis, propose and contribute to possible analytics dashboard for end customer
3. Collaborate with Architects, Product Managers, and Customer Operation Team to provide statistics or business data that can help to drive business insights
4. Perform Proof of Concept execution
5. Conduct or assist in conducting Business Discovery, Customer workshops for AI for contact center, Video technologies or chat BOT, dashboard & data analysis
6 Writing functional specifications bridging technology and business language, with a focus on outcomes
7. Writing use cases / customer journey maps and testing scenarios
8. Perform system testing and support customer in performing User acceptance testing
