Kids and Teens Club Supervisor

About the role:
The Kids and Teen Club Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of Kids and Teen program at the resort, which include the operations of Kids for All Seasons and Beach House. The Kids ant Teen Club Supervisor will organize, monitor and participate in daily activities and ensure a safe, engaging and enjoyable experience for children and young adult guest.

This role involves guest satisfaction to ensure the highest standards of service.
The position reports to Front Office Manager.

What you will do:

• Design and implement age-appropriate activities and programs that are both entertaining and educational, including arts and crafts, sports and theme events.
• Managing staff schedule, maintaining records of attendance and incidents and handling any administrative tasks related to the Kids Club and Beach House.
• Engaging with parents and guardians to understand their children’s needs and preference. Ensure seamless experience for children, parents and families.
• Coordinating with other departments and third party vendor to ensure the activities are related to the resort events and offerings.
• Conduct routine walkthrough of the area to ensure that it meets cleanliness, safety and maintenance standard. Report defects and ensure timely rectification.
• Play a variety of sports and recreational activities.

What you bring:

• M ust have existing work authorization to work in the country of Thailand
• Commitment to upholding Four Seasons Service and Culture standards
• Proficient in English communication
• High level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Proven experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort as well as First aid and CPR.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and guest service skills and a strong team player.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and systems.
• Warmth, care and genuine enthusiasm when dealing with guests and internal customers.
