Job Description
We are looking for a proactive, resourceful Product Manager to join our dynamic team of eight, working closely with our CTO to lead product strategy, optimize user journeys, and deliver a high-impact user experience. This role is instrumental in defining and executing the product roadmap, implementing innovative features, and driving the development of a cutting-edge AI experience tailored to the adult space.

Our ideal candidate is scrappy, experienced in either adult, gaming, or gambling applications, and possesses a high level of agility and creativity. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can pivot quickly as priorities evolve, and are eager to experiment and iterate to achieve the best outcomes. This role requires both strategic insight and hands-on management, with an appetite for working across the product lifecycle—from user journey mapping to split testing and feature optimization.
Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap in alignment with business goals and evolving user needs.
• Collaborate closely with our CTO and developers to ensure seamless product development and timely delivery of key features.
• Map and continuously optimize the user journey to create a compelling, intuitive experience.
• Conduct data-driven split tests and experiments to evaluate and optimize feature performance.
• Utilize analytics and user feedback to refine and prioritize product features, balancing user impact with technical feasibility.
• Lead the development of new product features and enhancements, ensuring they align with our AI-driven approach.
• Stay updated on industry trends in AI, adult, gaming, and gambling applications to integrate best practices and drive innovation.
• Communicate product updates, timelines, and goals effectively to team members and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in adult, gaming, gambling, or AI applications.
• Strong understanding of product life cycle management, including feature prioritization, user journey optimization, and split testing.
• Hands-on experience with data analytics tools and methodologies for assessing user behavior and feature success.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a "scrappy" approach to overcome obstacles and innovate quickly.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams, providing clear guidance on product requirements and feedback.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI-driven platforms and large language models.
• Experience in a startup environment or fast-moving, high-growth companies.
• Background in UX/UI optimization for web or mobile applications.
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Figma, or similar for project and design management.
