Overview:

• Play a leading role in the accounting department and establish procedures and controls for all relevant finance processes
• Initiate and control implementation in the ERP system’s changes
• Organize and control monthly group reporting for UA Scatec portfolio
• External reporting to statutory and tax authorities including but not limited: financial statements under UA GAAP, VAT, CIT, Land lease, Transfer price reports, etc.
• To follow up on changes in local UA GAAP, Tax legislation, bring relevant ones for business to the team, and propose changes in business process, ERP system works, and reporting approach whenever needed
• Coordinate and please lead role in annual external audit process
• To lean period closing process with internal team
• Analyze agreements and assess accounting and tax treatment
• Adhoc internal queries
• Internal controls over group financial reporting
• Take active participation in budgets and perform actual vs forecast deviation analyses
• Controlling function over dimensions
• ICO Reconciliations
• Tax planning and reporting (local and group), transfer pricing, incentives
• Follow-up on supporting documents for business transaction

• University degree within Finance, Accounting, Economics
• 5-10 years of experience within accounting, tax, VAT, import duty, controlling, budgeting
• Tax regulation knowledge and practical experience
• Leadership and management skills
• Very good understanding of accounting processes and Internal Control
• Comprehensive Excel skills
• ACCA, Dip FR ACCA, CIPA will be advantage
• Experience with MS Dynamics 365 and Power BI is advantage
• At least Upper-Intermediate English both written and spoken
• Organized and methodical, a hands-on “doer” with attention and accuracy to detail
