Chromatographer in a Bioanalytical Laboratory

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine
The Biological Research Department of ‘Enamine Ltd’ has an open position for a chromatographer in a bioanalytical laboratory. The role involves developing detection methods and quantitative HPLC-MS/MS analysis of small molecules in biological samples, data processing, and report preparation.

Requirements:

• Higher education (chemist, biologist, pharmacist);
• Successful experience in a laboratory with HPLC-MS or GC-MS systems (at least 3 years);
• Knowledge of chemical/analytical methods;
• Understanding of statistics for data validation/checking results;
• English proficiency at least at an Intermediate level (ability to read scientific literature);
• Knowledge of quality standards, including GLP;
• Knowledge and ability to develop documentation according to GLP and ICH M10 recommendations (preferred).

Responsibilities:

• Developing methods for determining target substances in biological samples using HPLC-MS/MS;
• Validating developed methods in accordance with ICH M10 guidelines;
• Extracting and determining the content of target substances in biological samples using HPLC-MS/MS;
• Collecting and processing raw data;
• Participating in the development and updating of regulatory documentation (SOPs, protocols, etc.).
