Are you a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the Creatio platform? Do you excel at designing complex CRM solutions that align with business strategies? If so, we are looking for a Creatio Solution Architect to our Creatio Center of Excellence in Central Europe.
As a Creatio Solution Architect, you will be at the forefront of digital transformation projects, working closely with stakeholders to design, architect, and implement robust Creatio CRM solutions. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring that our clients' CRM strategies are not only met but exceeded.

Experience:

• Extensive experience in designing and architecting CRM solutions on the Creatio platform (bpm’ online).

• Proven experience leading complex CRM projects from concept to delivery, ideally within a consulting or enterprise environment.

• Strong background in business process analysis, CRM customization, and system integration.

Technical Skills:

• Deep expertise in Creatio configuration, customization, and development, including the use of Creatio’s API and integration capabilities.

• Proficiency in database management, data modeling, and ETL processes.

• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud computing, and IT infrastructure.

Leadership Skills:

• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Creatio certification(s) is highly desirable.
