Demand Planning Expert, UA

- Lead the execution of the forecasting process for finished goods, including short-term and long-term national forecasts.
- Oversee the monthly IBP cycle in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.
- Manage weekly forecasts by client and consolidate the national forecast, ensuring accurate SAP system uploads.
- Lead the Demand Pillar with regular KPI tracking, root cause analyses, and process improvements.
- Communicate with the Global team for IBP, learning calls, and reporting.
- Monitor slow-moving stocks, manage obsoletes, and report inventory provision for FP&A.
- Conduct regular meetings with Demand & Supply Planners to optimize local and import FG inventory.
- Reporting and monthly/weekly tracking, analysis and FY projection of KPIs
- Support and participate in initiative projects and meetings.
- Provide regular portfolio review with ABC analyses.
- Participate in the creation of annual budgeting and operational plans
- High Education
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a relevant position
- Analytical skills
- Result driven, negotiation skills, high level of responsibility
- Good overall knowledge of the Supply Planning business processes
- IBP expert. Strong understanding of IBP and ability to contribute to the processes
- Good understanding of the SAP functionality
- English is a must
- PC skills: MS Word, MS excel, MS Power Point
