• Experience in a leadership role as a Team Leader for at least 2 years (People Management, hiring/firing, process improvement, reporting).

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git Lab, and others.

• Deploy and manage microservices on Kubernetes and maintain Kubernetes infrastructure.

• Automate infrastructure using tools like Helm, Ansible, and Terraform.

• Monitor system health and logs, setup alarms, and ensure system reliability using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana).

• Develop scripts for automating daily tasks using Bash, Groovy, and Python.

• Manage source code versioning and deployments with Git Lab.

• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.

• Handle code deployments in all environments.

• Provide Level 2 technical support.

• Document and design various processes; update existing processes.

• Improve infrastructure development and application development.

• Managing a team of two Dev Ops engineers.

• Setting up workflows in the Dev Ops functional area.

• Proven experience as a Dev Ops Engineer or similar role in software development and system administration.

• Strong experience with Linux infrastructures, Docker, and AWS.

• Solid experience in administrating and deploying development CI/CD tools such as Git, Git Lab, Jenkins, or similar.

• Extensive experience with Kubernetes and cloud services.

• Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic, and network analytics tools.

• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Groovy.

• Experience with Microsoft Azure is a plus.
