Financial Reporting Manager

Are you a seasoned financial professional with a passion for strategic business partnerships? Genesis is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Financial Reporting Manager to join our team!

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements for legal entities operating in foreign jurisdictions.
• Reconcile financial information monthly, ensuring it aligns with corresponding management reports.
• Participate in preparing information and documents for external users, including banks, auditors, and directors.
• Perform financial analysis and create reports to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with Treasury, HR, Legal, Projects, and other departments on financial matters.
• Handle ad-hoc reports and tasks as required.

Key Qualifications of the Ideal Candidate:

• BA/BS or MA/MS degree in economics, business, or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge and at least 3 years of experience in audit, accounting, economics, financial analysis, or other related fields.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet and presentation software (experience in business case competitions, such as Business Diving, Changellenge, or other international case challenges, is a plus).
• Started financial qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, etc.) would be a plus
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level (both oral and written). Candidates can be interviewed in English.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to persuade others and support one's judgments.
• Structured thinking and the ability to make data-driven business conclusions.
• Result-oriented and hardworking with high ambitions, responsibility, and readiness to work independently.
