RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify, envision and execute Data Science, AI, and Machine Learning projects with EPAM teams and clients
• Guide EPAM and/or client teams through understanding business hurdles and crafting AI-driven solutions
• Collaborate with clients to guarantee the delivery of valuable AI Products
• Propel EPAM capabilities growth, develop new AI, Data Science, and ML proposals, and refine current ones
• Help expand the Data Science talent base at your location
• Apply creative engineering strategies to implement practical Machine Learning applications
• Maintain close collaboration with Dev Ops regarding infrastructure and release strategies

REQUIREMENTS

• Consulting: Background in defining business issues to actionable AI technological solutions; proficiency in pre-sales and solution outlining
• Data Science: Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in core Data Science, proficiency in one or more advanced Data Science and AI areas (Computer Vision, NLP, Advanced Analytics)
• Engineering: Skill in transforming AI concepts to production, familiarity with MLOps, Data Analytics platform design, data engineering, and technical leadership; desirable for leaders with a robust mathematics foundation keen on engaging directly with ML technologies
• Leadership: Successful track record in delivering intricate AI-centric or AI-enabling projects in a leadership role; managing and expanding teams to enhance Data Science, AI, and ML capacities is preferred
• Outstanding communication skills including active listening, writing, and presenting, coupled with a drive for problem resolution and inventive outcomes, high emotional intelligence
