As a Head of Performance Marketing your main goal will be to help the company grow with our mobile App in Tier 1 Countries.
What you`ll be responsible for:

• Owning Performance Marketing function in a company (Google Ads, Facebook Ads);
• Using a data-driven approach in finding, testing, and launching new campaigns / paid traffic sources;
• Scaling paid marketing activities;
• Managing marketing budget;
• Leading, managing, and hiring marketing team as well as maintaining team OKRs and driving the team to achieve ambitious goals.

What will you need to succeed:

• Be based in Kyiv, Ukraine
• Proven experience in managing and growing marketing teams in product companies (growing new leaders out of Junior marketers);
• The ability to build processes and test ideas at a rapid pace;
• Great analytical skills and data-driven approach;
• Hands-on experience in user acquisition and performance marketing;
• English at least Upper-Intermediate;
• Getting things done attitude.
