As a Head of Performance Marketing your main goal will be to help the company grow with our mobile App in Tier 1 Countries.
What you`ll be responsible for:
- Owning Performance Marketing function in a company (Google Ads, Facebook Ads);
- Using a data-driven approach in finding, testing, and launching new campaigns / paid traffic sources;
- Scaling paid marketing activities;
- Managing marketing budget;
- Leading, managing, and hiring marketing team as well as maintaining team OKRs and driving the team to achieve ambitious goals.
- Be based in Kyiv, Ukraine
- Proven experience in managing and growing marketing teams in product companies (growing new leaders out of Junior marketers);
- The ability to build processes and test ideas at a rapid pace;
- Great analytical skills and data-driven approach;
- Hands-on experience in user acquisition and performance marketing;
- English at least Upper-Intermediate;
- Getting things done attitude.
