Position Summary and Key Goals

The Execution Specialist reports to the Head of Execution in Ukraine and supports ADM contract’s execution in Ukraine.

The key goals are:

• To make/control proper/timely execution of export contracts by rail
• To contact with buyers, traders, accounting, surveyors, terminals and carriers about execution matters

Job Responsibilities

• Planning export trains schedule
• Planning/approval delivery at rail terminal
• Contracts execution (contract/surveyor nominations, shipping instructions/docs, sales/freight/service invoices)
• Service invoices paying

Job Requirements

• Higher education, preferably economic/logistics
• At least 1 year experience in execution
• Good communication skills
• Ability for cross-functional team work
• Advanced/fluent English
• Result-oriented workstyle

• Good team player
• Proactive, accurate and responsible attitude
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment while handling multiple tasks with limited deadlines
