Responsibilities:
- Development and maintenance of procedures, policies, and other documentation related to software security.
- Implementation of software security controls and providing technical support to the security team.
- Analysis of existing infrastructure, networks, and software for vulnerabilities and optimization opportunities.
- Designing technical solutions to eliminate software security threats.
- Conducting security assessments, testing, and implementing secure development practices for new technical solutions.
- Analyzing and responding to security incidents, providing recommendations for software design.
- Collaborating with developers to integrate security into the software development lifecycle and with the UNIQA Group IT Security team.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related disciplines.
- 3+ years of experience in information security or related fields.
- Experience with monitoring and security analysis systems such as ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) and Splunk.
- Practical experience in developing and implementing solutions to improve software security.
- English language proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic project environment.
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in the context of information system security.
