Ciklum is looking for a Junior Research Analyst to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

As a Junior Research Analyst become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.

Their solutions help thousands of resellers and retailers convert shoppers into buyers every day. From standardized content delivery to custom services, they empower businesses to maximize the value of product information, enhancing customer experience and improving the bottom line. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough online research to gather and analyze detailed specifications for PC/network hardware and software products
- Accurately enter collected data into a specified database system or form, ensuring information is consistently entered in English
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness by cross-checking and validating information as needed
- Manage and organize technical information efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at all times
- Level of English: Upper-Intermediate
- Broad scope in the information technology sphere
- Computer hardware knowledge
- Research experience is preferred
- Working experience with Office Suite / Microsoft Excel / Net Suite / JIRA
- Experience with the Vortex tool will be a plus
- Skills in seeking technical data on the Internet and analysis of a large amount of information
- Positive, responsible, proactive, motivated to learn, attention to detail, happy to back up colleagues when needed
