• Implement and manage the M&E framework for LHL and feminist approach measurement
• Develop and update monitoring tools
• Support partners in establishing and managing their MEAL systems
• Ensure feminist approach integration in monitoring processes
• Plan and develop intersectional data management processes
• Develop strategic learning products for internal and external advocacy
• Manage the response learning agenda, including planning and conducting learning activities
• Support partners with their learning agenda and provide capacity strengthening
• Produce learning materials for influencing in coordination with ACE team and program manager
• Plan and coordinate learning exercises and reviews
• Coordinate learning dissemination plans with team members and partners
• Align with the wider Oxfam confederation learning agenda
• Establish and manage accountability mechanisms for partners
• Strengthen partners' capacity to manage accountability mechanisms
• Ensure feedback loops are closed and follow up on resolutions of complaints and feedback.

• Good time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Knowledge of Ukrainian / Russian
• Proficiency in Survey CTO, Power BI, or similar platforms
