We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced lawyer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and executing debt collection processes across the Europe, with a particular focus on the Ukrainian market. Additional knowledge of the legal landscapes will be highly beneficial.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee debt collection cases across the Europe, with a focus on the Ukrainian market.
• Provide legal advice and strategies to enhance the efficiency of the debt collection process.
• Draft and review legal documents related to debt collection, including demand letters and court filings.
• Represent the company in negotiations and court proceedings.
• Stay updated with relevant laws and regulations in the EU, Ukraine to ensure compliance and inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize debt recovery processes.

Requirements :

• University degree in law
• Extensive experience in debt collection law.
• Licensed to practice law within a European country.
• In-depth knowledge of the Ukrainian legal market.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
