Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience with full life cycle implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O.
• At least 2 End-to-End Dynamics F&O implementation experiences.
• Strong working knowledge across Dynamics D365 F&O Finance-related modules (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit and Collections, General Ledger, Budgeting, Fixed Assets).
• Knowledge of Finance Reporting Tools (Financial Reporting) and Electronic Reporting.
• Ability to understand business processes and practices.
• Experience in preparing Functional Design Documents (FDDs).
• Experience collaborating with technical teams for customization and conducting user training.
• Proficiency with MS tools (Visio, Excel, Word, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Will be a Plus:

• Experience in Supply Chain modules.
• Dynamics 365 F&O Finance Certification.
• Solution-oriented mindset with innovative thinking.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client service excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Assist business users in defining business requirements and preparing Functional Design Documents (FDDs).
• Collaborate with the D365 F&O Technical team for customization and testing.
• Conduct user training and provide reference materials for end-users.
• Provide customer support during UAT, Go Live, and Hyper Care phases.
• Participate in customization testing, roll-out, and post-live support.
• Test enhancements for customer acceptance and ensure accuracy.
• Provide general usability guidance to ensure system reliability and performance.
