Our client is the world's leading provider of weather-driven business solutions. Their innovative products, services, and software, satisfy the professional weather needs of the most demanding media, aviation, energy trading, insurance, and utility customers in the world.
It is a dynamic project, where our cloud services are deployed in the IBM cloud, and the technologies used are almost the same as AWS (Docker and Kubernetes).

IF YOU ARE

• Demonstrated with 4+ years of experience in desktop software development on Windows platforms
• Skilled in modern C++ (C++14 and C++17)
• Experienced with Visual Studio 2022
• Knowledgeable in P4 or Git for version control
• Strong in problem-solving and troubleshooting
• Proficient in software design and architecture processes
• Experienced in computer graphics
• Possessing solid knowledge of vector math
• Understanding cloud-driven platforms
• Showing expertise in C# and .NET (nice to have)
• Familiar with Shell scripting, Rust, Lua, Kubernetes, or Mongo DB (would be a plus)

AND YOU WANT TO

• Work with Docker, AWS, Visual Studio, Windows/Linux, API design, Networking, FFmpeg, Shell scripting, Rust, Lua, Kubernetes, and Mongo DB
• Break down complex projects into smaller tasks for shorter release cycles
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, team meetings, and QA
• Collaborate and build a trusted relationship with the client
• Create and extend scene objects for the rendering logic to see your code in action
• Enhance the platform and add new features
• Support the wider Engineering team with C++ Windows development expertise
