To work on large projects and manage internal processes at Solar Digital, we need a Project Manager who:
— Values time management, always remembers project launch dates, and can quote briefs in two languages.
— Remembers all clients and their managers' names, and multitasking is their second nature.

You’ll be a great fit if you:
— Are a design-oriented specialist
— Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
— Speak and write English fluently
— Understand the business impact of every management decision
— Can identify business needs and client requirements
— Make sound decisions under uncertainty
— Plan and manage risks effectively
— Manage teams and their time efficiently
— Motivate the team correctly
— Understand the web and mobile development cycles and the technologies used

You’ll handle various tasks, including:
— Understanding any client idea, even the most outlandish, and explaining its implementation details
— Preparing project documentation
— Communicating with clients and the team
— Managing risks, resources, and time
— Coordinating the work of development, design, and testing teams
— Assessing the scope of work for projects and teams to determine technology, resources, and deadlines
— Managing personal and team time effectively
— Distributing workload while maintaining a balance of Time/Quality/Resources
— Working with client and team expectations

— Work remotely
— Choose your preferred working hours: from 08:00 — 11:00 to 17:00 — 20:00
