CEMARK has an exciting opportunity to join the Industrial team at our biggest cement plant in Kamianets Podilskyi as a Quality Manager, who will support the investment projects regarding the assessment and control of suppled equipment and systems quality; develop and implement the Investment Projects Quality System; collect and review the necessary equipment and systems quality documentation from the Equipment Suppliers before and within manufacturing with assessment of Quality standards and methods of equipment manufacturing; conduct the equipment manufacturing erection and commissioning process control.
Key responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of a Quality System for CAPEX Projects.
• Determination of the main criteria and necessary documents/procedures to ensure the quality of equipment and systems during ordering, manufacturing, delivery, installation, commissioning for CAPEX Projects.
• Development of procedures for quality control of manufacturing and installation of equipment and systems at all stages of the Project.
• Control of compliance with quality control procedures by the executors of work on manufacturing, assembly and commissioning of equipment and systems under CAPEX Projects.
• Development/verification/control of welding control procedures according to EN & ISO during the manufacture and installation of equipment and systems.
• Development and provision of the necessary corrective actions during the manufacture and installation of equipment to ensure compliance with the quality and deadlines for the implementation of CAPEX Projects.
• Determination and provision of the collection of documentation necessary for the commissioning of equipment and systems.
• Ensuring the functioning of the Quality System for CAPEX Projects.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Construction;
• Knowledge of investment projects implementation;
• Experience of working in Equipment Qualiti control position;
• IWI, VT etc. Certificates;
• Knowledge of international standards ISO, EN;
• Communication skills;
• MS office.
