Receptionist

Nestle Ukraine, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening of position Receptionist in Head Office in Kyiv.


Main responsibilities:
  • Answer, screen and direct calls;
  • Take and relay messages;
  • Provide information to callers;
  • Greet persons entering organization;
  • Direct persons to correct destination;
  • Deal with queries from the public and employees;
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries;
  • Solve the problems or address the person in charge.


Main requirements:
  • University Degree;
  • Experience of administrative work would be an advantage;
  • Proactivity, service orientation;
  • Stress tolerance;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Honesty, openness, friendliness;
  • Ability and desire to learn fast;
  • Knowledge of Ukrainian (Fluent: spoken and written), English (Fluent: spoken and written).
