UKEESS Software House is currently looking for a Senior Full Stack Java Script (Node JS/React) to join our team for a full-time position (remotely in Ukraine or in Lviv’s office).

ABOUT THE PROJECT:
The project the team will work on is related to data processing using AI technologies. Our team will also be involved in infrastructure and components for managing certain AI models for data extraction with manually written historical records, image recognition, enhancement, etc. Additionally, AI will be utilized to identify coincidences, such as matching found individuals and DNA connections.
In this role, you will work on tasks and assignments from a client’s manager with minimal supervision and direction. We are expected to utilize your experience, complete understanding of industry practices, and knowledge to exercise judgment in selecting methods and techniques for solving problems of diverse scopes.
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Contribute to and perform analysis of functional requirements
• Create technical designs mapped to functional requirements
• Provide estimates for development tasks
• Develop source code and unit tests according to technical designs
• Participate in code reviews
• Contribute to technical documentation
• Participate in the Problem Management process and fix defects
• Implement measures, as designed, to comply with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements and ensure all others are doing the same

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 6+ years of specialized experience with Node JS and React technologies
• Proficient experience and strong knowledge of Type Script, Java Script
• Experience with AWS services (S3 preferred)
• Experience with No SQL (Dynamo DB or Mongo DB) and Relational Databases (My SQL or Aurora)
• Strong skills with Jest or Enzyme or other test libraries
• Exposure and willingness to learn Harness, Terraform
• Solid understanding and extensive experience with version control in Git
• Must have a solid base of learning and some experience in all the primary areas of an enterprise system that may or may not be web-based, e.g., REST Services, and database layers
• Experience with complex, large-scale systems
• Must be able to communicate clearly
• Strong skills in engineering/programming, analytical/diagnostic/troubleshooting, and programming methodology
• English: Upper-Intermediate level at least (both spoken and written)

It will be a plus:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience or good knowledge of Webpack and Microfrontends
• Team leading experience
