Project description
We are seeking for a Custom Learning Program training manager!Custom Learning Program (CLP) – service which support business growth of the target levels to generate enough high-quality resources with intensive integrated training programs covering technical and soft skills required for the delivery project.
Responsibilities
- Cross-countries trainings/surveys/events/workshops processes organization and follow up globally
- Tailoring training program offerings to client needs
- Full range consultancy of internal clients on the Training Programs globally
- Building of Technical mentors' pool in the demanded specializations and Cloud areas
- Planning of the workload and calculation the bonuses for mentors
- Communication with trainers/experts/mentors
- Controlling of all the phases of mentee' lifecycle (interviewing, upskilling, project’ deployment)
- Organization introductions to the Cloud Program new joiners
- Organization/participation of IT internal events (Tawn Halls, Tech Talks, L&D Connect, etc.)
- Expanding utilization of Cloud Program' benefits and learning/certification options for employees at global level
- CLP promo campaigns launch & follow up
- Needs-based presentations design
- Weekly/monthly reporting on progress status
Skills
Must have- Easily finding common language
- Multifunctional
- Accountable for your own delivery
- Self-motivated and engaged
- Strong communications skills
- Solid PM skills
- Profound MS Office user (Excel, PPT)
- Highly learning agile
- Experience of IT-based tools use
- Experience in IT sphere preferable
- Experience of work in international company/international teams/cross-country
- Readiness for support of training activities globally (remotely)
