Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the FX industry.
- Manage a pipeline of prospective clients and guide them through the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients/partners (IBs) by understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Present CXM’s FX products and services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and differentiators.
- Collaborate closely with CXM’s marketing, product, and compliance teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitors to better serve clients and identify opportunities for growth.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to CXM’s overall growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-5+ years’ experience within the FX industry.
- Strong knowledge of the FX market, trading platforms, and financial products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to engage clients effectively.
