Admissions & Parent Experience Executive

As the Admissions & Parent Experience Executive, you will be the first and continuous point of contact for parents, providing exceptional service and support throughout their journey with us. You will manage the entire admissions process—from the first enquiry to enrolment—ensuring parents feel informed, welcomed, and valued. Your proactive engagement will strengthen relationships and drive retention, while helping to promote the school’s profile and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience Champion:
- Serve as the primary contact for parents, offering exceptional service and addressing feedback with care and professionalism.
- Manage leads and phone enquiries efficiently, providing detailed information to prospective families.
- Coordinate school tours, open days, and assessments, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience that reflects the school’s ethos.
- Prepare and present weekly enrolment reports to the School Leadership Team and Head Office.
- Ensure accurate tracking of student data across CRM and school management systems.
- Collect and verify documentation, maintaining data integrity to support smooth operations.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the school’s programmes, policies, and values to communicate effectively with prospective and current families.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to promote the school’s stories and achievements on social media and other channels.
- Support the organization of school events, enhancing engagement with the school’s internal and external communities.
- Oversee the enrolment process, ensuring families feel supported and informed throughout.
- Coordinate onboarding for new students, ensuring timely and engaging communication.
- Maintain operational efficiency in all family interactions, ensuring a smooth transition for new enrollees.
- Uphold the school’s values, fostering kindness, fairness, and ethical conduct.
- Adhere to safeguarding policies and contribute to the safety and well-being of students.
- Maintain professional confidentiality and comply with school policies.
- Pursue personal and professional development to contribute to the school’s positive atmosphere.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in customer service, ideally within an educational environment, with a proven ability to manage parent relations effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse families.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- A proactive problem-solver with a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.

About Repton Al Barsha
Repton Al Barsha currently educates students from Nursery (FS1) to Year 11 and will be growing year on year through to Year 13.
