What you will do

• Create high-quality coffee and non-coffee beverages following established recipes, presentation standards, and customer preferences.
  
• Properly use, clean, and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other barista equipment, ensuring a sanitary work area.
  
• Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, communicating ordering needs to management.
  
• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service, engaging customers in conversation and addressing inquiries about beverages and food items.
  

What you bring

• Previous experience working as a barista in a café or similar establishment, with knowledge of various coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
  
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to provide a welcoming environment and build positive customer relationships.
  
• Strong attention to detail in beverage preparation, presentation, and cleanliness to maintain high standards and consistency in product quality.
  
• Creativity and coffee art skills.
