Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled Bilingual Legal Consultant (Arabic & English) to join our reputable law firm. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of legal consulting experience in a law firm setting in the UAE, with strong expertise in providing precise legal advice and drafting detailed legal memoranda. The role demands a deep understanding of UAE law, along with proficiency in both Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide accurate and timely legal advice to clients on various matters in line with UAE laws and regulations.
Draft and review legal memoranda, contracts, and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research and provide expert insights on complex legal issues.
Assist clients in legal compliance, dispute resolution, and strategic decision-making.
Represent clients in negotiations and meetings when required.
Ensure legal documentation is clear, precise, and conforms to local regulations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal trends and changes in UAE law.
Collaborate with other legal professionals to ensure comprehensive client service.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law.
Minimum of 7 years of proven experience as a legal consultant in a law firm or similar environment in the UAE.
Expert-level proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken, written, and reading).
In-depth knowledge and experience in UAE legal practices, laws, and regulations.
Strong expertise in drafting legal memoranda, opinions, and other legal documents.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
