Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled Bilingual Legal Consultant (Arabic & English) to join our reputable law firm. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of legal consulting experience in a law firm setting in the UAE, with strong expertise in providing precise legal advice and drafting detailed legal memoranda. The role demands a deep understanding of UAE law, along with proficiency in both Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and timely legal advice to clients on various matters in line with UAE laws and regulations.
• Draft and review legal memoranda, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide expert insights on complex legal issues.
• Assist clients in legal compliance, dispute resolution, and strategic decision-making.
• Represent clients in negotiations and meetings when required.
• Ensure legal documentation is clear, precise, and conforms to local regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal trends and changes in UAE law.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals to ensure comprehensive client service.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Minimum of 7 years of proven experience as a legal consultant in a law firm or similar environment in the UAE.
• Expert-level proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken, written, and reading).
• In-depth knowledge and experience in UAE legal practices, laws, and regulations.
• Strong expertise in drafting legal memoranda, opinions, and other legal documents.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
