Job Responsibilities

• Lay and align concrete, cement, or brick blocks following specified patterns and measurements.
• Apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces for smooth or decorative finishes.
• Mix appropriate materials (cement, sand, lime, etc.) to prepare for masonry or plastering tasks.
• Ensure high-quality finishes, meeting project standards and timelines.
• Repair, maintain, or restore masonry structures as needed.
• Work collaboratively with other construction team members.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Block Mason and/or Plaster Mason in construction projects.
• Expertise in handling masonry and plastering tools and materials.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Physical stamina to work in demanding conditions.
• Familiarity with construction safety standards and procedures.
• Valid work authorization for the UAE (preferred but not mandatory if sponsorship is available).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the UAE or GCC region.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of advanced plastering techniques, including decorative finishes.
