Role Description
This is a full-time Business Analyst role located in Dubai, UAE. The Business Analysts will be responsible bridging the gap between our technical team and customers for ongoing and new projects. This individual will be responsible for analyzing business processes and implementing technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between key business stakeholders and the technology team, overseeing communication, prioritization, and project delivery.
• Take part in regular team meetings, including stand-ups and retrospectives, to ensure projects stay on track.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation to clearly communicate development workflows.
• Produce and update comprehensive product documentation.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and team members.
• Present technical ideas in an accessible way for non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrate creative problem-solving abilities to propose effective solutions.
• Lead project management efforts, including planning and performance monitoring.
• Provide user support for procedural or minor technical issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science
• 3-5 years of proven experience working as a Software Business Analyst / Product Analyst in a Software firm
• Having Product & BA Certifications is an added advantage
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Skills Required

• Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
• The ability to work collaboratively across several IT and business functions.
• Business & Functional understanding
• Experience in translating business needs into technical specifications
• Analysis, Solution definition and Problem solving.
• Project Management experience is a value-add
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to communicate effectively with clients
