We are seeking a committed and experienced Career Counselor to join our team and help individuals achieve their career goals.


Key Responsibilities:


Provide one-on-one and group counseling on career development, job search strategies, and professional growth.
Assist clients with resume writing, cover letters, job applications, and interview preparation.
Conduct career assessments to help clients understand their strengths, interests, and career options.
Develop and deliver workshops and seminars on career planning and professional development.
Build relationships with employers and industry professionals to facilitate job placements and internships.
Stay current with job market trends and industry developments to provide relevant advice.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in career counseling or related roles.
Strong knowledge of career assessment tools and job market trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
