Position Overview:
Cash Counter Supervisor: As a Cash Counter Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the cash counters, ensuring smooth transactions and exceptional customer service. You will lead a team of cashiers, handle customer inquiries, and maintain accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train cash counter staff.
• Ensure efficient and accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and perform cash reconciliations.
• Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.

Receiver Staff: As a Receiver Staff member, you will play a crucial role in inventory management, ensuring that all incoming products are received, checked, and organized properly. Your attention to detail will help maintain the integrity of our stock.
Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for quality and accuracy.
• Organize and stock products in the designated areas.
• Assist in inventory management and control processes.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
• Report any discrepancies or damaged goods to management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a hypermarket or retail environment is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for transaction processing and inventory management.
