Job Overview:
We are looking for a Civil Engineer Estimator & Surveyor to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site position. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project specifications, preparing accurate cost estimates, conducting site visits, and ensuring the financial success of the projects by collaborating with various stakeholders.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
- Analyze project specifications, technical drawings, and materials.
- Conduct site visits and gather information for accurate estimates.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Draft and review project plans, specifications, and budgets.
- Monitor and update project budgets and financial reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, material prices, and construction methods.
- Ensure compliance with local construction regulations and standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in construction estimating software.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations.
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
