Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Site Project Manager at Eskan Engineering Consultancy in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Civil Site Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing project timelines, coordinating inspections, and ensuring logistics managements for all projects.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee construction sites, ensuring projects are executed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and prompt resolution of issues.
• Ensure adherence to Dubai building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Provide regular updates on project progress to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 7-9 years of experience as a Civil Site Project Manager with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, Dubai building codes, and regulations inh the UAE
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
