Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as Driver . You will be responsible for supervising staffs and ensuring on-time reporting the staffs to the site and also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and communication with our clients to ensure their satisfaction. Will be responsible for all the staffs in the accommodation and transportations for the staffs should be co ordinated properly
Qualification:
· Should have active UAE Manual Driving license and Minimum 2 years UAE driving experience
· Must have 3 years Cleaning company working experience in Dubai
· Ability to maintain the Vehicle properly
. Ability to maintain and schedule pick up and drops according to the site and follow the daily duty sheet .
· Ability to follow safety regulations and procedures
· Knowledge of the local roads and traffic laws in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
· Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus- Hindi, English and Tamil
. Oversee fleet drivers, shift schedules, and transportation vehicles operations.
· Prepare monthly trip schedules and inform the Operations Team.
· Coordinate with Operation Team for any changes in shift time / schedules.
· Coordinate with the Operation Team for arranging the driver / vehicle entry pass.
· Duties such as Vehicle cleaning and provide orientation to all drivers on routes / schedules.
· Use GPS (Global Positioning System) for identifying new site routes / site locations.
· Schedule fleet maintenance and repairs as and when required.
· Flexibility in terms of hours & days of work depending on critically important tasks as advised by the Line Manager.
