Job Summary:

Xenon Stack is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud computing technologies and architectures, coupled with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. As a Cloud Consultant, you will work closely with clients to assess their current IT infrastructure, develop cloud migration strategies, and implement solutions to optimize their cloud environments. You will also provide guidance and expertise on cloud best practices, security, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, IT infrastructure, and cloud requirements.
  
• Cloud Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' existing systems and infrastructure to determine suitability for cloud migration.
  
• Cloud Strategy Development: Develop customized cloud migration strategies and roadmaps tailored to clients' specific needs and objectives.
  
• Cloud Migration and Implementation: Lead and support the migration of applications, data, and infrastructure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  
• Architecture Design: Design scalable, resilient, and cost-effective cloud architectures that meet clients' performance, security, and compliance requirements.
  
• Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and expertise to clients and internal teams on cloud best practices, tools, and technologies.
  
• Cloud Optimization: Optimize clients' cloud environments for performance, cost, and security, including right-sizing resources, implementing automation, and leveraging managed services.
  
• Security and Compliance: Ensure clients' cloud environments adhere to security and compliance standards, implementing necessary controls and measures.
  
• Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain documentation, including architecture diagrams, migration plans, and post-implementation reports.
  
• Training and Knowledge Sharing: Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams to transfer knowledge and build expertise in cloud technologies.

Requirements

Technical Requirements:In-depth knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Experience with cloud migration tools and methodologies.
  
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code (Ia C) tools such as Terraform or Cloud Formation.
  
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and cloud networking services.
  
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  
• Experience implementing cloud security controls and best practices.
  
• Knowledge of cloud monitoring, logging, and performance optimization tools.
  
• Understanding of Dev Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Certification in one or more cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect) preferred.
