Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will prepare high-quality meals, ensure food safety standards, and contribute to a positive dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:

• Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications.
• Food Safety: Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards in the kitchen and food storage areas.
• Ingredient Management: Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving food supplies, and ensuring freshness.
• Menu Development: Assist in creating and updating menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
• Kitchen Maintenance: Keep the kitchen and equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal service.
• Customer Interaction: Occasionally interact with guests to understand their preferences and provide recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role in a restaurant or food service environment.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mentality.
• Culinary degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

Working Conditions:

• May require working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects as needed.
