Job Overview:As a Customer Service Representative at FITT Meals, you will be the voice of our brand, ensuring our customers receive top-notch support and assistance. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and assist customers with their meal plans, all while embodying the friendly, efficient, and customer-focused ethos that FITT Meals is known for.
Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Assist customers in managing their meal plans, including modifications, cancellations, and delivery scheduling.
• Coordinate with the operations and delivery teams to resolve delivery or meal-related issues.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide product and service information, including meal details, nutrition, and customization options.
• Act as a liaison between customers and various departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights to help improve FITT Meals' services.
• Stay updated on FITT Meals’ offerings and promotions to provide customers with accurate information.

Key Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in the food or delivery industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on providing solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Customer-oriented with a passion for helping people and delivering a positive experience.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is an advantage.
