We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking candidate to join our established and growing team in UAE.

• Reviewing existing sites, constraints, developing highest and best use.
• Identifying market requirements.
• Procurement of agents, lawyers, property specialists to advise.
• Liaising and driving the financial model within position senior financial analyst.
• Development Strategy: land uses, benefits, feasibility, sales & marketing strategies, exit strategies.
• Development of and presentation of business cases to upper management.
• Liaison with third parties and internal stakeholders.
• Operator procurement and management.
• Retail strategies/market test.
• Lead development and reporting generally for large mixed use masterplans of brownfield sites.

You’ll need to have:

• Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
• Builds effective senior leadership teams (or matrix equivalent).
• Provides leadership, direction and guidance to others, leading others effectively, coaches and supports other to reach their full potential.
• Responsible for strategic outcomes and KPIs within portfolio, owning the delivery of strategic objectives.
• Champions data and analytics to drive better decision making.
• Drives the strategic implementation of new and innovative technologies to achieve objectives.
• Possess broad leadership capabilities that appeals to clients and gains the respect of the senior leadership team.
• Leads by example and acts in an ethical, legal and responsible way.
• Setting high standards of behaviour for themselves and others to follow
• Focuses on client satisfaction and delivers service excellence for external and internal clients.

You’ll also have:

• Degree/postgraduate (or equivalent).
• Demonstratable track record in a senior leadership/director role (or equivalent).
• Highly advanced level of commercial awareness, consulting & strategic acumen.
• Demonstratable track record in operational management of service delivery.
• Highly advanced understanding of wider management principles and techniques.
