Position: Documents Controller/Prequalification Specialist

Salary: AED 5000/month
Requirements:

• Immediate Joiner: Candidates must be ready to start immediately.
• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience:
• 5 years of mandatory UAE construction experience (preferably in infrastructure, roads, and bridges projects).
• 5 years of experience preparing and submitting prequalification documents, following up, and fulfilling client requirements.
• Experience in searching online tender portals and identifying relevant projects.
• Availability: Currently residing in UAE.

• Responsibilities:
• Prepare and submit prequalification documents as required by clients.
• Control and manage document flow and filing systems.
• Coordinate with clients, answer inquiries, and address their requirements effectively.
• Search and identify relevant projects through online tender portals.
