Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Electrical Engineer located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for designing, testing, and implementing electrical systems and components for Fitout Construction projects. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficiency and safety of electrical systems, and provide technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications

• Electrical Engineer
• Strong understanding of electrical principles and systems
• Experience with project management and construction processes
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems and Fire Fighting Systems
• Knowledge of IT works and IT Infrastructure for Fitout

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in Villa/office Fitout Construction.
• Lead Electrical design and construction activities, ensuring compliance with DEWA/authority standards.
• Oversee electrical engineering goals and tasks performance, through reviewing and initiating electrical documents including IT and ELV systems, related to the project.
• Electrical Maintenance of Building from MV/HV Panel / ELV Rooms , Bus bar and Electrical Rooms to DB dressing and maintenance as required
• Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks.
• Coordinate with site team and consultant for inspection approvals.
• Applying technical standards and procedures to carry out tasks
• Ensuring all techniques, procedures, and designs meet appropriate compliance standards.
• Managing and overseeing the work
• Develop electrical specifications for power distribution and control systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with subcontractors.

· Conduct inspections of renovation projects to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
· Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and project schedules to facilitate efficient project management.
· Oversee and manage a team of skilled workers and subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to project timelines and quality requirements.
· Collaborate with the design team to provide technical input and expertise during project planning and execution.
· Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
· Monitor and control project costs to stay within budget.
· Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
· Experience in bathroom fit-outs is an advantage.
