If you are a motivated individual with a passion for helping and enabling uses with solutions, join our team in Sharjah, UAE as an English-Speaking Technical Support Analyst where you will apply your hands-on experience in technical support and troubleshooting to support our users efficiently.
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our team to deploy and manage large-scale enterprise IT infrastructure in on-premises and cloud environments.
• Demonstrate expertise in various enterprise systems, including database tiers, application tiers, web tiers, storage, DMZ, and network configurations.
• Utilize your strong support and troubleshooting skills to identify root causes and implement effective mitigations, even with non-GIS applications.
• Knowledge of English is mandatory. Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in written form, and possess excellent technical documentation skills.
• Display flexible availability for day, evening, or night shifts based on business requirements.
• Experience with Esri's Arc GIS Enterprise product deployment and troubleshooting in medium to large enterprise IT environments is advantageous.

Education Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar discipline.

Certifications:

• Possession of any Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) is preferred.
• Any cloud certifications, such as AWS, will be advantageous.

Professional Experience:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in technical support and troubleshooting.
