Job Title: Estimator

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our team in Dubai. The Estimator will be responsible for evaluating project costs, preparing detailed cost estimates, and analyzing project specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating for building envelope and facade projects, including experience with Aluminium, Glass, ACP, and architectural elements.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for building envelope and facade projects, including Aluminium, Glass, ACP, and other architectural elements.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and contract documents to determine scope of work and cost implications.
• Collaborate with project managers, design engineers, and procurement teams to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.
• Review and interpret technical documents, and perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis.
• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, material costs, and best practices.
• Prepare and present comprehensive cost reports and bid proposals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating for building envelope and facade projects.
• Strong knowledge of Aluminium, Glass, ACP, and architectural elements.
• Familiarity with UAE local systems and standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant estimating software and tools.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating for projects involving Aluminium, glass, and architectural elements within the UAE.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
