What you will do

• Assist in managing daily F&B administrative operations.
  
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to manage inventory, procurement, and budgeting processes.
  
• Assist in scheduling interviews for F&B managment and coordinate with other stakeholders.
  
• Process the payrol relates documentation, attendance and vacations.
  
• Answer phone calls, reply email and take reservations for restaurant booking and festive events.
  
  

What you bring

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, effectively collaborating with team members, management, and external partners.
  
• Demonstrated understanding of luxury hospitality operations, including F&B trends, service standards, and guest expectations.
  
• Positive attitude, flexibility to work different shift and long hours.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office, Open Table, Outlook.
