Job Description:
Our one of the Real Estate Developer is seeking a skilled PM Web System Developer to join our Project Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating customized workflows for individual projects and ensuring the correct usage of the PM Web system by both internal teams and external stakeholders such as consultants and contractors. The PMWeb System Developer will play a key role in the efficient management of multiple projects by providing technical expertise and ensuring smooth operations within the PMWeb system.
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the project management team to define and create customized workflows for individual projects.
• Assist and advise the project management team regarding the correct usage of PMWeb internally.
• Provide guidance to external stakeholders (consultants, contractors) on the proper usage of PMWeb.
• Register new projects uniquely in PMWeb and ensure the proper creation of project workflows.
• Provide specialist assistance to project teams for real-time project status updates, document management, and action item tracking within PMWeb.
• Offer expertise in reviewing, commenting, and approving project documents submitted via PMWeb by external parties.
• Participate in audit exercises and stage gate reviews conducted by the Project Support Office.
• Monitor PMWeb daily to resolve workflow bottlenecks.
• Manage the closure of completed projects in PMWeb.
• Perform other duties and assignments as directed by management.

Requirements:
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in system administration.
• Strong background in SQL SSRS development.
• Proficiency with MS SQL Server and/or Oracle databases.
• Extensive experience with SQL, ASP.net, HTML, CSS, PHP, C#, Web Services, and XML.

Skills:

• Strong planning, decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of industry/international standards, with the ability to apply them effectively within the scope of PMWeb.
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work in a multicultural team environment.

Independence:

• Operates within the framework of approved corporate policies, procedures, and standards, exercising a high degree of independence in selecting methodologies and providing expert advice on technical issues related to PMWeb operations.

Problem Solving:

• Evaluate and provide mitigating solutions for critical technical issues related to PMWeb operations.
