General Manager - Advertising Production

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team in the advertising production field. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the advertising production industry within the United Arab Emirates. A valid driving license is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations and manage the production team
  • Develop and implement production strategies to ensure high-quality output
  • Collaborate with clients service team to understand their needs and deliver outstanding results
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in advertising production in the UAE
  • Valid driving license
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in production management software and tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
