Position Overview:
The Government Relations Coordinator will establish and nurture positive relationships with government entities and regulatory bodies (not limited to DLD, DM, RERA, DEWA, Trakhees, etc.) to facilitate all company/Projects needed approvals, registration, and completion.
Job Requirements:
- Must have 4-5 years of experience in the same role.
- Excellent knowledge of OQOOD & TAS Portal Management of Dubai Land Department.
- Experience in Real Estate project registration & escrow account (Real Estate Trust Accounts) opening process with DLD.
- Knowledge of Escrow accounts operations.
- Master developer communications pertaining to matters related to the project development.
- Communication with Master Developer and authorities to obtain design and construction NOC’s until completion certificate.
- Experience in coordinating with various departments including but not limited to DEWA, Civil Defense, Dubai Municipality, RTA, etc.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Arabic language is an advantage
