Position: Graphic Designer / Video Editor

Aldrich International seeks a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer/Video Editor to join our team in Dubai. This role requires a strong video editing background with a focus on creating engaging short-form content tailored for social media. We’re looking for someone with a sophisticated grasp of current trends who can produce high-quality, eye-catching reels and clips, incorporating trending hooks, music, and visual styles.
Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, trend-driven short-form video content for social media platforms, including reels and other short clips.
• Design impactful graphics for social media posts, achieving a "movie poster" level of quality.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content that aligns with campaign objectives and enhances brand identity.
• Edit and enhance raw footage, adding effects, music, and graphics to maximize engagement.
• Handle multiple projects efficiently, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Film, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
• Strong graphic design skills, particularly in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Exceptional command of English with high-level verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience producing high-engagement video content for social media with a portfolio showcasing reels, clips, or short-form work.
• Strong awareness of social media trends and techniques for audience engagement.
• Ability to consistently deliver visually compelling designs that meet a "movie poster" quality standard.
• Preference for candidates with their own visa.
